Following its release in 1991, the Jordan 6 quickly became one of the most popular and desired Jordans of all time. First worn by Michael Jordan en route to his first NBA championship, the shoe has been getting its fair share of retro runs, with various color ways and textures dropping since. This New Year season, Jordan Brand releases a new iteration, tapping into one of Jordan’s more popular, non-Bulls color ways, “Flint”.
Dressed in a White, leather upper, with Grey underlays in a weathered, suede material, this version of the Jordan 6 exudes luxury. Black details then break up the look, while Indigo and Infrared accents add color pop and contrast to the tongue, heel and sole. The show is then finished off with a unique branding tab on the lateral side, and the shoe’s original and recognizable, translucent sole.
