It’s strange to think that the Sock Dart is a retro release. Originally released back in 2004, the Sock Dart was part of the Nike Free movement’s earliest days. For a shoe that predates the existence of Twitter, the Sock Dart really hasn’t aged much. Even though lightweight knits and seamless uppers are a familiar part of the sneaker landscape now, the Sock Dart doesn’t look like a nascent version of modern technology, it still looks like the latest thing off the line.
