The creative director of Bottega Veneta, Tomas Maier, pairs up with Puma, to bring the minimalist aesthetic that defines the Italian label to a legendary silhouette, the Roma.
Originally released in conjunction with the 1968 edition of the European Football Championship tournament, hosted and won by Italy, this all-purpose trainer became one of Puma’s most enduringly popular models.
The white upper, black form stripe, and gum sole look is a classic design, but the simple sleek lines of the Roma have been kitted out with Maier’s understated approach to luxury, in the form of a white leather upper features an all-over, embossed version of Maier’s signature palm tree motif, suede Puma form stripe, and co-branding that set it apart from the standard model.
Limited to 200 pairs.
